These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pak224 ("pak224", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pak224 website located at pak224.net and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the pak224 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

pak224 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

To access pak224's real-money gaming services, you must create a single registered account. The following rules apply to all pak224 account registrations:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) pak224 account at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pak224 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or historical bonuses. Withdrawal of funds from duplicate accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

3.3 KYC Verification

3.4 Account Currency

All pak224 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed thereafter. All deposits, bonuses, bets, winnings, and withdrawals will be displayed and processed in PKR.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pak224 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

pak224 strongly recommends the following security practices for all account holders:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including pak224 customer support agents (pak224 staff will never ask for your password).
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify pak224 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

pak224 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any transactions conducted through your account before you notify pak224 of a security breach will be treated as authorised transactions.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pak224 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. pak224 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. Deposits are generally credited to your pak224 balance immediately or within a few minutes, depending on the payment channel used.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. pak224 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment methods or accounts held in another person's name. Before processing your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification to the satisfaction of pak224's compliance team.

Processing times for withdrawals are as follows (approximate, subject to verification status):

• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank): 1–3 business days

5.4 Currency & Fees

All transactions are processed in PKR. pak224 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees; pak224 has no control over or liability for third-party charges.

5.5 Refused or Returned Transactions

pak224 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. Where a transaction is refused, pak224 will communicate the reason to the extent permitted by applicable law and its compliance obligations.

pak224 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and specific bonus terms, the specific terms prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the relevant bonus promotion page. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Live casino games, slots, sports bets, and instant games may carry different contribution weightings.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and unmet wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the specific bonus terms. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and associated pending winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: pak224 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of game mechanics during bonus play. Where bonus abuse is identified, pak224 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not automatically claim a new bonus offer unless you have explicitly opted in.

pak224 sources its games exclusively from certified third-party gaming software providers. All games available on the Platform are subject to the rules published by the relevant game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the rules as displayed on the pak224 Platform and the rules as held in the game provider's authoritative system, the game provider's records will prevail.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All games on pak224 that involve random outcomes — including slot games, virtual table games, keno, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). These RNGs are regularly tested and certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random, unpredictable, and free from any manipulation.

7.2 Live Casino Games

The results of live dealer games are determined by the physical outcome of the game (card dealt, wheel spin, dice roll) and not by any software algorithm.

7.4 Disputed Game Outcomes

7.5 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, pak224 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. No claim for winnings arising from a technically malfunctioned round will be honoured.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak224 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one pak224 account.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using false personal information or impersonating another individual.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair financial benefit. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void and will be recovered.
• Money Laundering: Using pak224 to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform as a vehicle to obscure the origin of funds.
• Charge-backs: Initiating fraudulent charge-backs or payment reversals on deposits made to pak224. Where a charge-back is confirmed as fraudulent, the account will be immediately closed and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Engaging in any betting pattern or account behaviour designed to exploit bonus offers without genuine recreational gambling intent.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication toward pak224 staff or other players via any channel.

pak224 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, pak224 wants to be part of the solution.

9.1 Self-Imposed Limits

All pak224 account holders can access the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account dashboard at any time, without contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your pak224 account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a given period. Once the limit is reached, no further real-money play is permitted until the limit period resets or the limit is increased subject to the applicable cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert that notifies you when you have been playing for a specified duration. The reminder appears as an on-screen notification and does not automatically terminate your session.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Any unauthorised use of pak224's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to claims for damages, injunctive relief, or both.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak224 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to maintain adequate security.
• Losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability, maintenance, or technical faults outside pak224's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from actions taken by pak224 in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or transaction refusal.

pak224's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to pak224 in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pak224's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

pak224 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with pak224, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

pak224 uses your personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals.
• KYC and anti-money laundering compliance.

14.1 Complaints Procedure
